Search Airfreight rates

In most cases your search for rates starts with entering an airport code in the airport input field. Type the 3-letter code (not case-sensitive) or type the name of the airport/city to open a list with suggested airports. Confirm your airport by pressing Enter. Cargo Office now loads all available information in your overview.



In Cargo Office a search is initiated by searching for:

• Airport code, the three-letter IATA approved code for an airport.
• Use the City code if multiple airports are situated in a city. Searching for all rates to Sao Paulo need the three-letter code SAO as Destination city rather than using the airport codes GRU or VCP.
• Providing the two-letter code for the airline. Please take into account longer loading times resulting from the enormous amount rates some carriers have provided to the Cargo Office system.

Filter and sort

After the rates are loaded you can sort the rates by clicking the appropriated column header. To apply an additional filter to your selection, type a filter string in the quick filter box of the corresponding column.

Optimize your search query

Cargo Office has close to a million active standard rates. Without optimizing your search query results, the amount of data would be overwhelming. For this reason Cargo Office offers two primary filters:
Station Origin filter: A country can have multiple stations of origin. In some of these countries, different rates are published for every station. To hide rates from the different delivery points uncheck the Origin station.
Product classes: In most cases a rate in Cargo Office is linked to product conditions. Each product is linked to a product class. This allows you to compare rates between different carriers based on their product name.
Both filters help you limit the results and give you a clearer overview of your options. But apply them with care because filters can also hide possible routings like origin station departure you would normally not use.
