you can find all track and trace websites from a single entry point. Enter the carrier prefix, IATA code or start typing the carrier name, to open the track and trace website.

In order to receive your account information, contact Cargoguide before you can start using Cargo Office. To login open the Cargo Office web page:

User management (1)

Each user account in Cargo Office has dedicated rights to perform specific tasks. The different tasks include viewing rates from a single or multiple countries, rate management and user administrator rights.

Login to Cargo Office Online

Use the received company name, user name and password to login to Cargo Office.

There may be times when your account is already in use. This may occur if:

you closed you browser while still being logged in,
another user is using your credentials,
Cargo Office hasn’t been used for some time. This results in a timed out session.

If you try to login to Cargo Office with the same credentials as an already logged in user, you will be asked if you want to terminate the current session. Reset the user account and log in to Cargo Office again.

Tip: Cargo Office uses a Gridview to display and maintain airfreight rates. Press the F11 function key to view more rate information. This default browser function toggles the web page back and forth between normal and full screen view.
