Import Excel

Import Excel files Adding rates by using the import wizard is a useful way to import lists of rates stored in a Microsoft Excel format. The wizard allows you to select the worksheet, range and columns from the source file. Using the wizard can be beneficial if you have information about the destination, carrier and the weight breaks.

You can define the data range by selecting the first row of your worksheet. Check the First column has column names if you want the wizard to use the column headings as field names.

The wizard interface automatically matches Microsoft Excel columns with the Cargo Office table layout. You can then make changes such as adjusting pre-matched columns, specifying fixed column value or ignore column.
