Import eRate sheet
Cargo Office supports the import of the eRate sheet. To import the rates, click Import eRate to select your eRate sheet. Cargo Office opens the file and starts importing the rates. During the import, all values are validated against the eRate standard. Should a record contain a value that is not supported by the rules, the value will, if possible automatically, be corrected. If Cargo Office is not able to find a matching value, the record receives a default value. If the import is finished, an error report is generated with the changed values highlighted in red. Save your import results by pressing the Save changes button.

If you receive rates from an airline in a format different from the eRate sheet format, Cargo Office recommends using a blank eRate sheet and then use Microsoft Excel to copy and paste the rates into the blank eRate sheet. Change the columns that are not already filled in the same way as in the standard eRate sheet. Open Cargo Office and then select the Import eRate button.
