With Cargo Office Online

you can find all track and trace websites from a single entry point. Enter the carrier prefix, IATA code or start typing the carrier name, to open the track and trace website.

Custom surcharges

Cargo Office automatically connects your custom rates to the surcharges published by the carrier. However, in some cases the published surcharges can be inappropriate. This is the case when:

The rate is an import rate and is different from the surcharge published in your region.
The rate is an "All in" tariff.

In the Properties panel there is the option to add a custom surcharge. Check Apply surcharge to enable your custom surcharges. Fill in the values and save your changes. If you enable the custom surcharge and leave the values zero, the rate is indicated as an "All in" tariff.
