Contacts

To modify contact information select a person in the Contact list. Press the Save changes button to save the modifications. Press the Save as new contact button to save the currently selected person as a new contact.
The contact information has the following information fields:
  • Contact person or general name contact information.
  • Name department or division.
  • Job function.
  • Telephone and fax number.
  • Mobile number.
  • Email.
  • Address information if different from the general address information.
