Changing cells by rowhandle
Like Microsoft Excel, Cargo Office uses the fill handle 
to quickly fill in several types of data series. You select a cell and drag the fill handle . To use the fill handle, select the cells that you want to use as a basis for filling additional cells, and then drag the fill handle across or down the cells that you want to fill. Release the fill handle to copy the values into your selection.
If you want to copy the values from a single row, click the row indicator. The whole row fills blue with a fill handle near the row indicator. Drag the fill handle down to copy the values.
