Carriers and stations
In general, airlines either publish their airfreight rates as a carrier or have a General Sales Agent (GSA) that represents the carrier. If the rate is published by a GSA, the GSA company name is included in GSA column. Exceptions are the rates published by the GSA's without naming the carrier code. This is visible in Cargo Office by the 4-character carrier code starting with the letter ‘G’ (An international coding standard for GSA's is missing, the 4-character code is only valid within Cargo Office).

Published rates are always valid from one station within publication region to the rest of the world. The origin station column shows the IATA-code for the station the rate is valid from; if the origin station code equals ‘ZZZ’, the rate is valid from all stations within the region of publication. For the destination station, only a valid IATA-code is allowed. Cargo Office does not allow city codes as a destination station.
